With this website I hope to shed some light on certain aspects of my work
within the field of painting. In "The Little Self and the Sealed Room"
Jörgen Gassilewski and I are discussing painting as conflict and integrity,
with basis in my own production.

This text is based on a recording of a discussion that took place in
Stockholm in January 1998. Our dialogue then continued by different means
and Jörgen has finally given the text its present shape.

The picture material on this site is an extensive documentation of my
production between 1986 and 1998. It will be updated continously with both
older as well as new material. Text based material, such as reviews,
catalogue articles etc., will also be added in the future.
